Being a Scrum Master with knowledge of software is a valuable combination that helps ensure the success of software development projects. You like to dive into Agile challenges that come with an environment where our teams work on different projects for various clients. You are the key to helping make our teams more effective, with support of the organisation.

Are you that Scrum Master that is able to reach milestones?

You have:

  • a Scrum Master certification.
  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment, preferably software engineering.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English and are resident in The Netherlands.

You will:

  • Build powerful and self organising teams.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
  • Ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
  • Motivate team members to reach set goals.
  • Listen and share knowledge.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Resolve impediments for your teams.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Acknowledge limitations in addressing questions, concerns, or scepticism and is proactive in seeking answers or resolutions.
