We are looking for
A driven Support Engineer with affinity for DevOps. You combine strong troubleshooting skills with a basic understanding of modern DevOps concepts to provide optimal support to our customers worldwide.
You like structure, think ahead, and know how to ask the right questions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a positive attitude.
As a Support Engineer, you are the technical point of contact for our managed service customers worldwide. You will work in a greenfield team where you will have significant responsibility. You analyse complex technical issues, work systematically on solutions, and remain calm under pressure. Additionally, you apply your knowledge of DevOps principles to improve operational processes and make support workflows more efficient.
Prefer to have hands-on experience in production environments with excellent communication skills (internal and towards customers) and people skills.
Education: HBO work and thinking level is a strong advantage.
Language skills: Good command of both Dutch and English languages.
Your Work Environment
You will be part of an international support team, with colleagues in both Veldhoven and Chile, ensuring 24/7 coverage for our customers. In this hands-on role, you will be actively involved in production environments and have the opportunity to further develop your technical skills. We are looking for someone who is not only strong in problem-solving but also communicates effectively and collaborates well with both the internal team and external customers.
