About the role

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Executive who enjoys working in a fast growing, international oriented start-up.

Merapar is a growing software services company. Developing, mission critical cloud solutions for many blue-chip clients in various industries including TV and Media, E-Commerce and Automotive. We already have millions of people using our award-winning software solutions on a daily basis. We help customers to execute their cloud transformation strategy and it’s our goal to give our end-customers the best possible experience in the cloud.

As a Sales Executive at Merapar you will:

  • be a leading force in our sales team to help us in the next stage of our growth journey.
  • have a proven track record in selling consulting or (cloud native) software development services to large accounts and have a clear vision on how to grow business.
  • be responsible for defining and executing your strategy to generate new leads, grow and maintain the existing business and build sustainable long-term relationships with our customers and partners.
  • be energised by getting hands-on, and a visionary on how to improve sales at a strategic and technical level.
  • be experienced and effective in communicating to technical staff and high-level stakeholders (including C-level) alike, understand their challenges and know how to work with our team of experts to create tailored propositions offering our clients high value solutions to drive their business ambitions.

You will be a fit for this position if you:

  • have a proven track record of success in selling consulting and / or software development services.
  • are a motivational speaker and have excellent skills in presenting and representing the company in public.
  • have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • are able to create a clear vision on how to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • are an excellent communicator with high-level stakeholders, including C-level.
  • are fluent in English both written and oral.
  • are a team player, able to motivate and inspire your team members.
  • are able to travel.
